At Holy Cross Child Development Center, we do not perceive your children merely as the future; rather, we recognize them as the embodiment of the present moment. They are the living expressions of the kingdom of God here and now. With this understanding, our classrooms and play areas are thoughtfully crafted to nurture your child's growth, ensuring they evolve into the individuals God intended them to be.
The Big Playground
For our 3's, 4's and after-school children: offering the latest in playground equipment, as well as a large grassy area for open play, soccer, kickball, and more!
The Commons
"The Commons" is the communal area of our daycare facility where children come together for meals, snacks, socialization, and events that require a larger space. As soon as you walk in the door of the Commons during a snack or meal, you'll be greeted with our children saying hello, smiling, and waving!
After School Classroom
Our after school program provides a balanced environment between homework study and much-needed after-school recreation. We currently serve K-5 at Kernersville & Piney Grove.
Two's Classroom
Our Two's Class is 15 kids and 2 teachers. This classroom has a connecting bathroom that accommodates diapering & potty training. Curriculum is based on weekly themes & activities.
Three's Classroom
Our Three's Class is 16 kids and 2 teachers. We do require children to be potty trained to be in this classroom.
Four's Classroom
Our Four's/Pre-K class is an all-day program and this class is 1 teacher to 13 kids, however can hold 17 kids to 2 teachers. We prepare them throughout the year for Kindergarten through a variety of learning opportunities.
